Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp cardamom pods
  • 1 tbsp cloves
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Method:


  1. Lightly roast whole spices for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Cool and grind into a fine powder.
  3. Store in an airtight jar.
  4. Add ½ tsp to boiling tea for an authentic chai flavour.
