🌶️ Masala Omelet (Quick Everyday)


Breakfast just got bold! 🥚 The Masala Omelet is a quick and spicy Indian twist on a classic morning favorite. Packed with onions, chilies, fresh coriander, and spices, it’s fluffy, savory, and ready in minutes. Perfect with toast, roti, or even on its own!



✨ Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder (farm fresh 🌿)

  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder (farm fresh 🌿)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp oil or butter







👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, whisk with salt, pepper, turmeric, and red chili powder.

  2. Stir in onion, chili, and coriander.

  3. Heat oil or butter in a nonstick pan.

  4. Pour in the mixture, spread evenly, and cook until golden on the bottom.

  5. Flip (or fold) and cook through. Serve hot!
