✨ Ingredients

200g paneer, cubed

2 Tbsp butter + 1 Tbsp oil

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, pureed
-
1 Tbsp cashew paste (soaked cashews blended smooth)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (farm fresh 🌿)

1 tsp Coriander Powder (farm fresh 🌿)

½ tsp turmeric powder
-
1 tsp garam masala
-
½ cup cream (or milk for lighter version)

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander for garnish

Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add onion and sauté until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste, cook for 1 minute. Stir in tomato puree and cook down until glossy.

Mix in chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook 2–3 minutes.

Add cashew paste, then ½ cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in paneer cubes and garam masala. Simmer gently 2 minutes.

Finish with cream and garnish with fresh coriander.
