✨ Ingredients

4 chicken drumsticks (skinless)

½ cup plain yogurt

1 Tbsp lemon juice
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1-inch ginger, grated
-
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (farm fresh 🌿)

1½ tsp Red Chili Powder (farm fresh 🌿)
-
1 tsp garam masala
-
½ tsp cumin powder
-
1 Tbsp oil
-
Salt to taste
👩🍳 Instructions

Score chicken pieces with shallow cuts.

In a bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin, oil, and salt.

Coat chicken well with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Arrange chicken on a baking tray.

Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until charred and cooked through.

Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
